Purchases with ZEN

The ID ticket is a joint service of Elisa and Ridango AS with which you can use your phone to buy the electronic tickets used primarily on public transport. The tickets are stored on your Estonian ID card (if you have one) or public transport smartcard (Ühiskaart) and can be used on public transport in Tallinn and Tartu as well as at Tallinn Botanical Garden, Tallinn City Museum, Tallinn Zoo and many other places.

Public transport in Tallinn and Harju County

Tickets for Tallinn’s buses, trams and trolleybuses can only be added to your public transport smartcard (Ühiskaart). This smartcard can also be used to buy tickets for public transport in Harju County and Elektriraudtee trains. For the list of tickets and other information see www.pilet.ee.

To buy a ticket for your smartcard, use the service code in this exact format: enter 1322*ticket type*smartcard number, then press to call and listen to the instructions given. Finally, confirm your purchase by pressing the asterisk button (*), otherwise your ticket won’t be activated.

Buying an ID ticket for your ID card

All other tickets (including those for public transport in Harju County and Elektriraudtee trains) can be added to your ID card. The list of tickets can be found online at www.pilet.ee. Apart from public transport tickets, museum, pool and zoo tickets are also available, as are fishing permits and much more.

To buy a ticket by making a call, use the service code in this exact format: enter 1322*ticket type*ID code, then press to call and listen to the instructions given. Finally, confirm your purchase by pressing the asterisk button (*), otherwise your ticket won’t be activated.

M-Lotto is brought to you in association with Eesti Loto. It allows you to play the lotteries via your mobile. Lotto tickets can be purchased by contractual Elisa clients as well as ZEN and Elisa prepaid card clients provided they are at least 16 years old. To buy a ticket with your phone, you need to have a player account on the Eesti Loto website.

To play Keno Loto, dial 17788*1 and a Quick Pick ticket will be registered for you for Keno Loto.
To play Viking Loto, dial 17788*2 and a Quick Pick ticket will be registered for you for Viking Loto.
To play Bingo Loto, dial 17788*3 and a Quick Pick ticket will be registered for you for Bingo Loto.

You can read paid articles in the Eesti Ekspress, Maaleht, Eesti Päevaleht, Äripäev and Õhtuleht newspapers and pay for them from your ZEN prepaid card account via your mobile. Simply visit the websites of the newspapers and follow the instructions. ZEN charges no fees for these purchases.
